Key locations include Birmingham, Manchester, Warrington, Leighton Buzzard, Ipswich (Needham Market), Bicester, Brackley, Penrith, Northumberland, Ruislip, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Inverness, Newport and Westmeath. Flannery also operates Operator Skills Hubs in Kirklees, Iver and Lound, with a pop‑up training venue at the Lower Thames Crossing.
